TERMS OF USE
Returns Policy
You may return products to us for an exchange or full refund as long as it is new, unused, and in original packaging. However, the following products may NOT be returned:
1. Special and Custom orders
2. Custom golf clubs
All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of product. All return freight charges must be prepaid. Returns and exchanges are accepted only with proof of receipt from Takapuna Golf Course Pro Shop.
Refunds will be applied by the original method of payment.
Faulty Products
Faulty product may be returned while still under the manufacturer's warranty period.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products and can usually be found on their web sites.
Damaged Goods
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the box or carton it came in and notify us at once. Do not return damaged or broken products to us unless you receive instructions to do so. This is so you do not lose your right to file a damage claim. All claims for damaged product must be made with the freight company within 10 days of the invoice date.
How to Return Product
Please call us in advance to tell us why you wish to return the product. Being informed in advance allows us to get a headstart in remedying the situatuin in as quick a time as possible for you. If possible use the original boxing that your product was delivered in and include inside a copy of your receipt and your printed name and address details. Send to the following address:

Orders are sent via NZPost Couriers. All orders over $30 are delivered free of any freight charge.
Orders under $30 will be charged NZ Post rates as are applicable to the destination. Please call us to confirm an exact freight charge.
Payment Options
Credit cards are the preferred form of payment. If an item is not in store it is ordered from the supplier ASAP. You will be notified of any known reason for delay, either by phone or email.
By Direct Deposit - Orders will be sent when payment is confirmed.
By Money Order - Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
Payment for International Orders - We accept payment only by direct debit into our bank account or by authorised Credit Card. All orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
