How long will it take for my order to arrive? |  |
Delivery is 2 ~ 5 working days if the item you ordered is in stock.
UnfortunateIy if something in your order is out of stock in New Zealand, it will take 2 ~ 4 weeks. We will notify you if we need to backorder to overseas for your order. |  |

I don' have a credit card - how else can I pay?

You are welcome to pay for your order by money order.
Our bank account will be checked daily Mon to Fri at 2.00pm. All orders will be despatched as soon as receipt of funds is confirmed.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have not yet received this, please click here to enquire us, and we will check this for you.

Can I cancel something from my order?

Please let us know the item that you would like to cancel. We will arrange a refund. However, if your order already left from us, you have to return the item to us as soon as possible and you should pay an amount of shipping cost.
After we receive the item from you, We will arrange a refund after check the condition of item. If the item is used or damaged, we can not refund a full amount that you paid.

I have an item on backorder, when is it due?

If the item backordered in New Zealand, it will take 2~5 working days. However, if the item backordered to overseas, we will contact you and let you know how long it will take. If you would like to contact us, please click here to enquire with your order number us.

Is it possible to send my backorders all at one time?

We send your order all at one time except something in your order on backorder to overseas. However, if you wish to receive your orders including backorders all at one time, please let us know. If the reason is that the item in your order on backorder, we do not charge extra cost for delivery even if we send items multiful times.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer FREE shipping within New Zealand if the order amount is over $30.00. If your order amount is less than $30.00, your shopping cart will add the delivery charges for $5.00.
If you are not in New Zealand or wish to receive your order in outside of New Zealand, please click here to enquire us. We will arrange a delivery cost for international orders. |  |
